    Start:Welcome to Gratitude Watch.
Gratitude Watch is an eye on the internet for news, articles, videos, and other items, all focusing on the subject of gratitude. For more on my intent on these postings, see About Gratitude Watch.
    So … let’s rock!

•  Something Visual  •

YouTube user Iknowthesecret gives us “Caroline Myss/Living In Gratitude,” some gratitude eye candy accompanying some remarkable insights by Caroline Myss.

YouTube user ExtraMilePartnership gives us “I am thankful,” a direct, free verse statement (basically an audio clip) of finding gratitude in the places you might not think to look.

Jo Englesson, member of my “League of Gratitude,” founder of TOFA (“Token OF Appreciation”) — and Twitter user @JoEnglesson — gives us Giving Year Day 56 – Being in Service Day 9, an acknowledgement of Aubyn Burnside, founder of Suitcases for Kids, an organization that provides suitcases to orphans.

•  (The Rest of) the “League of Gratitude”  •

Brenda Arnall at It’s a New Day gives us “Some Blessings Shrink,” where she openly appreciates the efforts of her husband in successfully losing weight. Brenda also shares the latest installment of her 52 Blessings gratitude journal craft project.

Maya, of The Gratitude Journal, gives us “I Am Thankful for Sunday Mornings,” a little slice of her life on an unusual morning, going “solo.”

•  This is The New Stuff  •

Ryan Wood at Gratitude for You gives us “From Greedy to Grateful – Appreciating What You Have,” an examination of the “gimme” mindset, and the antidote.

Sharon at Sharon Boggs gives us “The Power of Gratitude,” about the importance of finding the higher levels of gratitude.

At Lyman Reed’s Creating a Better Life, Robin Skeen (Twitter user @RobinSkeen) gives us “Wisdom of Gratitude,” some suggestions on how to put gratitude to work the first thing tomorrow morning.

The Talking Book Store gives us “7 Reasons Why Expressing Gratitude Will Increase The Level Of Your Happiness” — and good ones, at that.

Dr. Judith Rich (Twitter user @dr_judithrich) gives us “Healing, Dreams and Gratitude,” an expression of gratitude for her progress in her personal fight against cancer, and reflections on a dream that affirmed the successful completion of her journey.

Stay tuned for the next Gratitude Watch.
