- Gratitude Watch is an eye on the internet for news, articles, videos, and other items, all focusing on the subject of gratitude. For more on my intent on these postings, see About Gratitude Watch.
- So … let’s rock!
• Something Visual •
Jo Englesson, founder of TOFA (“Token OF Appreciation”) YouTube user TOFATUBE and Twitter user @JoEnglesson explains her project and how it began with the “TOFA Launch Video.”
(Gee … only took me nine months to find this …)
•
From Viddler user CoachThom (Thom Scott) gives us a “Lesson In Gratitude from My 3yr Old,” an exercise in gratitude through perspective that can work at just about any age.
• From The “League of Gratitude” •
Brenda Arnall of It’s a New Day gives us “A Motherly Blessing,” an expression of gratitude not for mom, but … (wait for it …) the mother-in-law. (Actually, Brenda appears to have a very nice mother-in-law.) Brenda also shares the latest installment of her 52 Blessings gratitude journal craft project.
• This is The New Stuff •
At Intent, Tammy Mastroberte (Twitter user @ElevatedMag) gives us “My Gratitude Experiment,” wherein she describes her own “gratitude adjustment” in pursuing a week of choosing to be grateful.
•
Ruth Harrison Moody at The Change Blog gives us “Turning Gratitude Inside Out,” some sharp ideas about paying lip service to gratitude as opposed to living our gratitude out loud.
•
Carrie at From the Inside Out gives us “Your Gratitude Is Showing,” proof that even a mouthy cynic (beyond even a quiet curmudgeon like me …) can learn gratitude as well.
•
Ruthann Wilson at Journey to the Heart, gives us “Grace & Gratitude,” defining “Grace” and giving us reason to be grateful for it.
•
James Lovette-Black (Twitter user @JimbolandJots) at Jimboland Jots gives us “Life Can Be About Thriving Instead of Just Surviving,” citing the value of gratitude and three other practices toward just this end.
•
Paul, a man living as if he had A Year to Live gives us “Second Thoughts,” about being overwhelmed by the intensity of a spectrum of feelings, including even gratitude.
• Oldy but Goody •
Sara Yoheved Rigler at Aish.com gives us “A Recipe for Thanksgiving,” a touching reminder that the rich ones are the ones who are happy with their portion.
•
Stay tuned for the next Gratitude Watch.

I am flattered! This website is fantastic!
Carrie –
No, thank you. (No, thank you! No, thank YOU! No …)
I try to keep this interesting, and it is unusual to find a personal gratitude list that has value for other people. You did both.
So, thank you.
– Daniel
