Chinese, Japanese, Russians, Americans. Now. Not five years ago, or ten or twenty years ago. Now. And the Japanese are surveying the moon again? I guess the last set of photos weren't enough....or maybe the Japanese don't trust NASA, enough to pour billions into doing it again? I dislike giving too much credence to conspiracy theories, even though I know that conspiracies do exist. This stuff really makes me wonder, though, what the hominids are up to.
